Welcome to the FM38 Repeater Group


The FM38 repeater group is a collection of UHF Amateur ("Ham") Repeater systems in the state of Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. This is a privately owned system but available for use by any Amateur Radio operators. Currently there are 20 repeaters in the network providing coverage from Chicago IL to Sturgeon Bay WI and West to La Crosse, Chippewa Falls and beyond.

IrishFest 2025

Irish Fest 2025
Starting mid-afternoon Thursday, August 14th and running through Sunday, August 17th, the Milwaukee site will be disconnected from the rest of the system. The ARES team will be using the repeater once again for bus coordination for Irish Fest shuttles.
Please limit your traffic on the system and give priority to the ARES coordinators.

The FCARC Sunshine Swapfest (Fox Cities Amateur Radio Club, Inc.) features Amateur Radio hardware, Electronics, Computers and related items.
Vendors/Sellers need to bring their own tables, chairs and canopies.
